Dirty rooms very expensive stat for lot of busted things in room and again why is it dirty 190 bucks for that room and it's dirty and damaged. No reason to talk to front desk when there is three buses for sports teams unloaded into the lobby. Just upsetting I assume they knew the teams were coming for awhile so maybe make sure your roams are all 100 percent and expect to be at capacity

Horrible!! As we arrived to check in, they told us they cancelled our room. They did not notify us and gave our room away. They couldn’t put us in any other room so we had to find somewhere else to stay! Horrible! Will not book here anymore!

Came in for a wrestling tournament and stayed at Best Western Premier night before. Halfway through day 1, I called and asked if we could do early check in to drop off our stuff before my son’s time to wrestle came up, we wanted to relax a bit before his matches. Check in was 3, so we arrived at 1.50. They said they had 74 people checking out and to come back at 3. We waited in parking lot and came in at 2:54, and again answer was no the rooms aren’t ready yet. Veronica in the front was the one that told me to come back in 6 minutes and check again. Reminder we’re trying to drop off stuff and lay down for a bit, we’ve been on bleachers all morning. I come back at 3 after someone else was helped before me when there was a shift change and Caitlin came to the front. Veronica was still there but didn’t even offer me the chance to go to her computer to check in, she made me wait behind another guest who came in after me. My room was miraculously ready in the 6 minutes like she said. Better training and customer service skills need to be refreshed. Beds were comfy, breakfast was ok. Shampoo and conditioner were the highlight. Caitlin was friendly but Veronica needs some assistance in handling guests.
