Room was in front of elevator & could hear everything outside our door. Need some type of insulation or thicker door. Room had lots of space & clean. Bed was comfortable, liked the soft & firm pillows. Staff at front desk were extremely nice & welcoming.

The hotel is older but clean. Stayed only 1 night visiting Texas A&M. Hotel is very closed to campus so that’s very nice, about a 5 min drive. Bed and pillow were comfortable and room was spacious. We did not eat the free breakfast so can not comment on that. Staff was friendly and courteous. I do like the Holiday Inn that is down the road passing the Hwy since it’s a new building but this hotel is closer to campus.

I’m 80, and my wife and I were tired after a long day driving and visiting the Bush museum. We checked in and immediately noted the bedroom lamp missing, decided ok. When I went for a shower, the shower head was broken. The night clerk was not friendly or courteous. It was totally wrong to rent such a room to customers. We changed rooms, repacking and it was late

Our air conditioner was broken - we had to end up turning it off in order to sleep any at all. Avoid 206. They were fully booked so no changing rooms. When we checked out we were told the manager would give us a call - we never received a call.

DONT BOOK HERE!!

Probably the worst stay I interaction with a hotel. The two employees Rachel and Tatiana I believe is her name were great Rachel was as helpful as she could be but the hotel stated my room had been cancelled and that they called my phone and sent an email. I not once received a call from the hotel and the surrounding hotels were booked so I order to stay I had to $140 more than what I was quoted not to mention the extra money I lost in having to cancel the reserved Ubers. I arrived to check in at 3:30pm, I got an email stating my room was cancelled at 4:26 pm… make that make sense. Rachel was told by her morning coworkers and manager that the morning had attempted to call me and run my card. There is no record of a call but confirmed they had my right number and also no charge ever made to my banking card. I was told my price would get matched and corrected before I checked out. To top it off I didn’t get the room I booked either. I go to check out this morning and Diane tells me that the night staff is lying they can charge what they want and cancel when they want as well that it is not their problem and there’s nothing she will do. These people are thieves, I have reported to the BBB for bait and switch tactics. Watch your cards and better off just book somewhere else. Nothing but a head ache and two good employees can’t help this place.
