Great communication from the Hosts and the house was perfect for our needs for Aggieland Saturday! There were some access issues when we arrived but they showed up to resolve the issue almost immediately; the only other con would be that the backyard was a little overgrown but it wouldn't have been much to notice if I hadn't needed to bring my dog along due to some last minute changes; they accommodated that need very well also. Overall A, would definitely stay here again!!

What a nightmare! The property host texted me 3 hrs before check in that the property had been double booked and that we were going to need to cancel our reservation. You can imagine how upsetting this was considering we were already enroute to college station! I immediately called him and explained that there was no way I was cancelling my reservation as I had had the reservation since Feb 1st. SMH. Needless to say, after researching, the host discovered that I was the original reservation and he sent me the check in code with an apology! Should have offered a partial refund for the terrible communication. That being said the house was great and location was convenient to Kyle Field!
