The room quality was about as bad as super 8! Disgusting carpets, the cabinets, the tv handwriting carved onto the screen. The only redeeming quality was that the bathroom was actually immaculately clean and spaces. We had upgraded to a suite pre check-in. The ladies at the front desk were very sweet and helpful. But would never stay here again. Rooms are more feat house quality. At least ours was.

This was a terrible experience!!! We did the online pre-checkin. Then when we arrived the front counter help at first said the could not find me. Then they had the checkin sheet and proceeded us to our room. However, the key did not work since they gave my room to someone else. After an hour of fumbling around and saying they were full. They issued us a second room which turned out to be un-maid. We then returned to the lobby and waited again for this sold out hotel to get me a room. After 30 minutes and 2 others getting checked in we were assigned a third room. Which did not have enough towels or wash clothes, I again visited the lobby just to find out they were out of towels and washcloths. Lastly, in the morning the coffee was Luke warm in the breakfast area. Very unhappy!!!!!

Blessani for check ins and Gabriela for check out have been so very nice and polite, I've stayed here multiple times for work and will look forward to seeing them at my future stays. This location is also very quiet which is nice for needing down time after chaotic work schedules.

Our stay was just one night, but we had a mix of experiences worth mentioning. Unfortunately, our check-in experience left much to be desired. The front desk receptionist who assisted us was neither warm nor welcoming. Her demeanor was curt, and she seemed disinterested, which set a less-than-ideal tone for our arrival. In contrast, the overnight receptionist was absolutely WONDERFUL. She greeted us w/a smile both when we headed to our evening Gala and upon our return. When we passed through the lobby, she made an effort to make us feel welcome. Her positive energy truly made a difference and stood out during our stay! The next morning during check-out, we encountered the same receptionist who checked us in. Unfortunately, the experience was again disappointing. She was on the phone and did not acknowledge us, even after I had been standing there for 5 minutes. (a simple I'll be with you shortly would've sufficed.) I ended up stepping outside for a moment, then returned and left a written note asking to be checked out. Regarding our room, we stayed in Room 108. The AC unit was quite disruptive, despite being set to 73 degrees, it repeatedly turned on and off throughout the night, making a loud and disturbing noise that kept my husband and I up. Aside from the AC issue and the daytime receptionist, our stay was fine. The hotel is fine overall, but I recommend maintenance take a look at the AC in Room 108, and that the receptionist receives customer service training.

The shower curtain didn't contain the water very well creating wet spots on the floor. Staff was great at check in and check out. Gabriella was the person at both. Parking was clean, well lit, and felt safe. Air Conditioning was great and holding temps but created a humidity type feeling in the room.
