Check in/out was easy, room was clean. Unfortunately, too much noise from adjacent rooms that did not cease until midnight. Breakfast does not have any type of protein, even no eggs.

checked in pretty late around 11:30PM. the room looks OK at first glance. but after the shower, found hairdryer not working. then TV no signal. the worst thing was no heating when outside was only 30F. room temperature was around 60F. can't sleep.

I did not like the fact that when I paid my deposit/fee for my dog I couldn't get a receipt for it. Also, please don't call it a deposit if you can't check the room and see that no damage or soiling was done by the animal.
