Arriving, Get key, enter house, turn power on at main box beside other outside door, take note of how the cottage is expected to be left. light fire if needed
Leaving, turn power off at main box, leave house how you found it when arrived, check all bedrooms toilet kitchen that nothing is left behind. put key back
