A new stainless steel gas bbq is available for your use. A fire pit is perfect for roasting marshmallows and warming on a cool evening.
The open plan main floor let’s you utilize the fully outfitted kitchen while still feeling a part of the activities in the living room with large screen smart tv, and games on the dining room table. One bedroom, a 1/2 bathroom, and laundry complete the first floor. Upstairs, the master bedroom has two lighted mirrors to get ready for a night on the town along with a private deck overlooking the back yard The third bedroom offers a queen bed.
Silverwood Theme Park with Boulder Beach water park is only 25 mins. away, and the charming downtown of Coeur D’Alene is within walking distance or minutes by car or bike. If you enjoy golfing, the Coeur d'Alene Resort Golf Course is just down the road, as are restaurants, grocery stores, and fast food. This is just the place to make a lifetime of family memories.
