Location to Cocoa Village restaurants and bars js fantastic, quiet neighborhood, upstairs neighbor might have been wearing work boots once or twice but at least they weren't practicing for a clogging competition. appreciated the easy to use smart tv, ice maker, and cofee maker. price was very reasonable. the second bedroom is a single bed under the stairs with no electric outlet. might be suitable for a teen.
