I reserved 2 rooms. In one of the rooms there was a huge hole in the mattress. The manager refused to help with the situation and then proceeded to say that all 9 of us could leave and go to another hotel.

Overnight stay before going on cruise. Great location , hotel was quiet, room was clean, and bed was comfortable. No complaints here.
