Bright & welcoming waterfront home with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms & has the river in your backyard! Bring your boat! It's an easy walk or bike ride to Cocoa Beach. This home provides an open floor plan with a kitchen that comes with all the essentials. The inviting kitchen & dining area seats 10 people and opens right into the comfortable living room for relaxing & waterviews. The primary bedroom has a king size bed, walk in closet and work/desk area with sliders that open up to the pool & river. The primary bathroom is spacious with a beautiful hotel like feel. The 2nd bedroom has a king size bed, the 3rd bedroom has 2 full beds and the 4th bedroom has a queen size bed with its own private bathroom. The pool area has a heated pool & hot tub & we include pool towels, outdoor kitchen with seating overlooking the canal, a fire pit area & plenty of space to lay out or sit & watch the sunset. Spot manatees & dolphins or catch fish off the docks. At night you can also see the bioluminescence sparkle in the water. We provide paddle boards & kayaks to enjoy on the river. The garage has a ping pong table, corn hole, darts, bikes and lots of beach toys for you to use. Located just minutes from the Beach, Ron Jon surf shop, Cocoa Beach Pier, downtown Cocoa Beach, Port Canaveral & local restaurants. We are also less than 30 minutes away from the Kennedy Space Center, USSSA Space Coast baseball / softball Complex and the Brevard Zoo. If you are up for a day at the theme parks we are about 1 hour away from Walt Disney World, SeaWorld, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure & all the great attractions in the Orlando area.

Space Vacation

After a few days at Disney we wanted to spend the New year on the beach visiting Kennedy Space Center. This house was the perfect fit for your family. We absolutely loved the location with the backyard river, docks, and pool area. The house is very well decorated felt like home, and beds were very comfortable. We were surprised that two of the bathrooms didn't have any soap in the showers. In the kitchen there was a very limited number of dishes, what was there had chips or cracks in them. We were very surprised by the state of the dishwasher, it was very dirty on the inside. Overall we loved this little house and were excited to see a manatee and her baby one afternoon, and the pelican gave us a lot of entertainment everyday.

The house was wonderful. Very beautiful and well-organized. It’s right on the canal, and we were lucky to see manatees from the dock, along with herons and dolphins. Very peaceful. We went with the babies in the house, and it was very comfortable. I would definitely come back.

Family Vacation

We greatly enjoyed our stay here at cocoa isles. The location and neighborhood was great. There was something for everyone to enjoy at all ages. We enjoyed the pool and the use of the river with fishing and kayaking. We had fun watching the manatees put on a show for us. We drove a short distance to the beach which was also walkable. We had to contact the owner twice and Michael was wonderful and very prompt. The only thing that we would advise is looking into a new refrigerator due to freezer issues. An ice maker would be nice as well. We definitely would come back and stay again. Thank you Katie and Michael for a wonderful week!!! We highly recommend this rental.

Blissful Getaway

The home was very comfortable and well equipped. We were dazzled by the mama and baby manatee that would visit us each morning at the back yard dock! Katherine was quick to answer any questions and offered help when needed. We are looking forward to returning soon!

Family time fun at a great location!

This home was amazing to vacation at!!! The home has everything you need to have a fantastic vacation. We were a group of 6 adults and 3 kids all 3 and under! Everyone was entertained the whole time! The space is very accommodating for our individual families and a nice large table and kitchen to help feed everyone! All the tvs were set up with access to Disney plus or Netflix which was great for the kids. The pool is the perfect size and was so much fun swimming while some of the dads were fishing off the dock. No keeper sized fish but they did catch several trout and salt water catfish. We also saw dolphins and manatees. At night we even saw bioluminescent lights in the water! We were able to rent a pontoon from a nearby marina and pick up all the kids from the dock which made a boat trip very easy! The beach was very close also! The water was a little rough but we saw up to 50 surfers surfing! This vacation was truly made by this location and we hope to be able to stay again next year! PS- everything was very clean and very well stocked!

Peaceful canal vacation

My family and I had a wonderful time at this lovely property. It’s completely renovated and very comfortable. We loved seeing a pod of manatees visit every day, along with the occasional dolphin sighting! The outdoor area with pool, grill, bar, and dock was awesome.

Great Property

As a group of close friends and family the property worked perfectly for us. 8 of us stayed and another 4 visited daily since they live close by for my wife’s 60th birthday. Plenty of room. Very good kitchen for cooking, dining and recreation for 12. Plenty of TVs for watching sports and entertainment. Excellently supplied. Clean canal. We docked a 26 foot boat. We used the kayaks, heated pool / spa combo, bikes, pool table, outdoor kitchen, ping pong table and outdoor fire pit / table. The beach chairs were great. The only things we didn’t use were the corn hole boards and paddle boards (little cool in the water). Manatees visited daily. As a group we VRBO usually 2 times a year in the Cocoa / Canaveral area. Great area to vacation. No complaints whatsoever. We will be back. Jon Payne

Best Rental We've Had

This house was perfect for our 5 days Thanksgiving break. It's completely new, all the rooms are spacious, all of them with TV. The kitchen has everything and there's a BBQ area also with outdoor TV. The best thing about this house is the direct access to the river, there are two paddle boards and two kayaks, our whole family had a lot of fun sailing along the river. Also the pool and jacuzzi are brand new. There's a ping pong table at the garage, dart boards, cornhole bards and six bikes. Publix is just a 3min drive as well as other stores, including Ron Jon Surf Store, the beach is also really close. Kathryn (the host) was great y she always answered our questions really fast. I highly recommend this property and we're already looking forward booking it in the near future.
