Great place to stay while visiting Cocoa Beach. The house has everything you need. The pool and back yard are gorgeous. Location is great. 10 minute walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Great spot!
We really enjoyed our stay, and Teresa was very communicative and helpful throughout our time there. The wifi worked great for us as several of us were working, and the game room was a fun bonus. We only wish the weather was better so we could have enjoyed the pool!

Cocoa Beach Family Reunion
I was very pleased with our stay. Everything we could possibly need was available at our fingertips. The kids spent most of the time we were at the house in the play room which was a lot of fun for all. It was a short drive to the beach and local restaurants which allowed for more time to make memories! The backyard was currently under construction, but if I make it back down to Cocoa I would love to stay there again to be able to enjoy the pool and tiki hut areas as well. I travel a lot with kids so it was wonderful to have everything we could possibly need for them in one place. We had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this rental!

Perfect spot for a family vacation to the beach!
Overall we had a great experience at this property! The host thought of everything we could need as travelers from the toiletries to the cooling essentials. The property was clean and beautiful and such a good location in Cocoa Beach! We had a blast and would recommend this property to our friends and family.

Fantastic property, close to everything, and INCREDIBLY well stocked
We thoroughly enjoyed our three night stay here. It is a short walk to the beach and close to grocery, restaurants and shops. Quiet residential neighborhood. We stay at lots of vrbo properties and this was BY FAR the best equipped/stocked house. We lacked for nothing. The owners have thoughtfully labeled the kitchen with everything that one would ever need. The garage had enough beach chairs and toys for a huge family. We hope to come back for a longer stay.
