The apartment is on the ground floor of the house and was completed in 2018. The apartment has about 104m² of living space on one level. It has 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, bathtub and 2 sinks. The toilet is in a separate room with a sink. The large living-dining room has approx. 35m² and has 2 large panoramic windows through which you can observe the surroundings. If you want to be alone, the large striped curtains ensure privacy. The kitchen has a 4-ring ceramic hob, an extractor hood, dishwasher, sink, and a built-in fridge with freezer compartment.
A large satellite flat screen TV with 108cm screen diagonal provides for television enjoyment.
Music ensures music enjoyment. Compact system that you can operate with remote control.
And if you would like to play something, then you can use our card and board games.
You can find things for daily needs in the small shopping center, which is about 350m away.
For leisure activities there is the leisure center with outdoor pool, indoor wave pool and sun beds in about 300m distance. You will also find a pizzeria there.

Sommerurlaub Cochem mit kleinen Kindern
Tolle FeWo, super geeignet auch mit kleinen Kindern, da umzäunte Terrasse vorhanden, ruhige Lage, Spielplatz, Einkaufszentrum, Frei- und Hallenbad fußläufig zu erreichen, haben die ganzen Tage kein Auto benötigt da auch der Weg ins Zentrum mit Kinderwagen gut zu schaffen ist. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt ! Würde sie jederzeit weiter empfehlen.
