Breakfast was good. Gave drink vouchers. Staff wasn’t rude. Major highway noise on room facing the highway. Like I could not sleep on night time at all. We told the front desk and nothing was done to compensate us for the inconvenience. We also asked for a quiet room at check in but we didn’t notice the big sound until midnight. It was too late already.

This hotel was the worst the jacuzzi in door never got hot call two times nobody came hotel had no toilet paper the jacuzzi out side no jets .we were stuck here two days nobody had any answers .the best thing here was breakfast they tried to compensate with point no i want refund oh i forgot about the roaches

Not up to Embassy Suites standards
Heat was not working the majority of the time. Couldn't get TV turned on in Happy Hour Area. Happy hour snacks was not very good. Carrots looked old, celery looked pitiful

Perfect- They thought of every detail!
My husband and I stay at hotels at least 3-4 days a month- and after this stay, we will look for available Embassy suites as first choice. The woman at the front desk was very helpful as we were double booked by the convention agency. The room layout was perfect- like a small apartment with a desk for work, very comfortable beds and linens, with extra blankets and an air purifier (nice touch- my husband didn't sneeze once there!). The made to order breakfast and Happy hour every evening was just that extra touch that exceeded all the other hotels. It was a great choice, and is now our preference!

the good, great location! the bad, The room was dirty carpet had sticky spots, when we arrive one of the beds wasn't made properly seem like they use the same bed coverings from the last guest that stayed in the room housekeeping came and change both beds out very quickly. There was water dripping from the bathroom ceiling right above the toilet, building and ground seem old and not maintained properly The Embassy suites across from icon park is better at the same price point

We liked that the hotel was within walking distance of what we were there for. We didn't like how the floors were so sticky around the dining area.
