Unfortunate stay

For the efficient scanners:The place is new and clean, and the host's responses were quick. However, I wouldn't rent again or recommend it.The unit provided was different from the one advertised and lacked WIFI, Air Conditioning, TV, and a functioning hot water heater. No resolution was provided during the stay.For the detail-oriented people: The original check-in address was incorrect, and the actual address was for a similar unit a block away. We initially quickly dropped our luggage. Upon returning from dinner, we found no TV, WIFI, hot water, or AC. The host responded quickly to the initial check-in issue and a late-night text but offered no solutions. The hot water tank showed an error code, which the host dismissed. The Bell WIFI modem didn't work, causing high roaming fees for our guest from Sweden. The lack of AC made the unit unbearably hot, and the bedding and towels were minimal and there were no dish towels provide.

Needed a place to sleep: this was not it

Overall it's a decent property. However, there were no duvets or heavy blankets on the beds. In December. We were freezing. There were also no curtains. We were only using the property to sleep in the midpoint of our journey so it was disappointing.

Nice place but...

We spend 3 nights, the place is brand new I would have give a 5 star but the A/C did not work and it was pretty hot on the afternoon and nights and we did not sleep well because of that.
