Staff was very helpful and the hotel was so convenient for our late arrival and early flights out. Could not hear airplane noises either, however could hear noises in hallways and above us from other guests. Everything was very clean and provided pop-up crib for our toddler. Could use a ramp to get up to the stairs to rooms on the first level, as it was so hard to lug all of our suitcases up there, but did appreciate holding our carseat in their closet so we didn't have to carry that too. Loved the pub in the hotel - so grateful for a yummy lunch and dinner right there when we didn't have our rental car.

This was a lovely hotel. The staff was great. Breakfast had a large selection. We ate at the restaurant a couple of nights and the food there was also quite good. Parking was easy. We used this as a base to explore the area, so getting out of Galway was much easier than if we had stayed downtown. We walked to downtown several times during our stay, but usually wished for a scooter before we got all the way back.
