Stay comfortably at The Guava Cottage beach retreat, in Tierra Del Mar, just a 2-minute walk from the beach. Spend the morning chasing waves, the afternoon barbequing and the evening soaking in the hot tub.
Inside this adorable 3-bedroom cottage guests find two comfortable queen beds and two twin beds, perfect for families or groups. Cozy up to the fireplace, stretch out in the soaking tub or settle in for a movie night.
Then there's the large lanai- one of our favorite places to hang out. Grab a coffee, fire up the BBQ or fire pit and relax outside while listening to the waves crashing from the beach. Rainy day? No problem. The covered lanai has you covered. Literally.
We have the Guava Cottage stocked with some of the things you need for a proper beach day, including bodyboards, skim boards, outdoor games, and beach chairs.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Guava Cottage! It was the perfect home for our weekend at the beach and truly felt like a home away from home. The cottage was exceptionally clean and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need. We especially loved the coffee maker—it was such a nice touch! The beds were incredibly comfortable, and every little detail made our stay feel easy and relaxing. Adam was incredibly communicative throughout our stay. He was responsive, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. It’s clear that he takes great pride in the cottage and genuinely wants his guests to have a great experience. We didn’t want to leave and would happily stay here again. We highly recommend the Guava Cottage for anyone looking for a cozy, comfortable, and welcoming beach getaway.

We loved the Guava Cottage - it was such a nice place! So many details that were great. We loved the fact that there was coffee and such a nice coffee set up. Hot tub was hot and easy to access from stairs.Since we had our dog, we appreciated the couch cover -she is allowed up on the sofa at home, so she also liked being able to sit with us. And the leash/tether that was already on the deck was super helpful when we were loading/unloading the car so she could be contained and we didn't have to watch her constantly. So many little details they thought of!The beds were super comfy, everything was clean and new. And- literally a one or two minute walk to the beach, which we had pretty much to ourselves. Perfection!
