The Apple Pie Duplex at Kismet Farm is a cozy, 2 story cottage that has been completely renovated to create a modern and stylish getaway in the peaceful setting of the Hudson Valley. The house is situated on Kismet Farm, a 60 acre apple orchard with barn and pond making it perfect for small families or groups of friends. The house sleeps 6 and has 1 bathroom, 1 bedroom with 2 full sized beds and a studio with combined kitchen/living room/bedroom (queen size bed)
The space
The cottage consists of 2 floors. The first floor is a large studio with combined living room + bedroom (queen bed, sleeps 2) and kitchen. The second floor has 2 full sized beds (sleeps 2+2).
Guest access
Guests have access to the full 60 acres of Kismet Farm consisting of large apple orchards and a beautiful pond.
Other things to note
Feel free to wander through the apple orchards, visit the pond and build a fire in the property's fire pit. Enjoy!
