I stay usually 4 nights per week and they don’t clean my room very well. I asked for my floor to be swept half way through the stay and they didn’t do it. I wish it wasn’t so expensive to stay somewhere else or I probably would. It is a tolerable place and staff is friendly.

Our first room a the bathroom had blood in the tube and dried urine on the walls and around the toilet dirty towels from the prior guest the air conditioner stopped working sometime threw the nite and flood the room floor. Had black mold above the bathtub and they painted while we was out and the fumes from the paint was over whelming when we returned. The second room the moved us to had the prior guest dirty closes still hanging in the bathroom

This facility was extremely dirty, when first got into the room there was toenail clipping on the floor, hair already in the bed, tv did not work. Staff did clean the room after asking them to. Another incident that happened during the day, after returning back to hotel from work, there was not even joking poop on the wall in the hallway. After alerting the guy at the front desk that there was literal poop on the wall, he said he would have somebody clean it up the next day. The smell was so horrendous. went back downstairs and stood there till the guy called his manager and gave them passing on my number to call me. Will never be stay here again

Hotel was not clean, is ran down. Had clean supplies/ towels but overall needs work. It also could use some cleanup on outside. Our bathroom shower needed replacement 2 years or so ago.

Will not be returning to this place.

Employees at front desk were nice and friendly, but that’s the only good thing of this place. The room I was given was I would say dirty. Walls were speckled with what looked like food. No mattress cover and some stained on one of the pillowcases. Room also had a damp musky odor. When I saw a cockroach climbing the wall that was enough. Instead of requesting a refund, I accepted another room. This one was better and cleaner. However, I will never stay at this place again.

The baseboard and some walls were dirty. There was a hole in the wall by the ac, the tub coating was peeling, the bathroom door was held together by masking tape, and the curtains had holes in them.

It was 103° outside and the AC unit did not work. They brought me a whole fan that’s not horrible and when I woke up, there were three roads in the room.

Leaving the light on is not enough Tom Bodet…

Check in process was horrible. In addition to not understanding or speaking English clearly (and I can’t speak Farsi) the front desk attendant admitted that he gave my room away thinking I would not arrive since it was after midnight! I asked for a first floor room due to a medical condition and what I ended up with was a room on the third floor (and NO elevator) near the far end… the weather was 92 degrees with 88% humidity meaning it was a muggy night even in the early hours… the window in the room was open and the a/c unit off…. It took up to 2 hours to cool the room down and dehumidify to make it tolerable to sleep… seriously thought about leaving but didn’t want to carry my luggage back DOWN three flights of stairs and to the opposite end of the building to turn the key in and I was so done with the front desk guy… the only saving grace was the bed! Cheap towels didn’t dry you off after a cool shower to wash the sweat off from walking up three flights of stairs… will not book there again…

Absolutely terrible hotel. The mattress was completely worn out, one very thin comforter was all, pillows were terribly. I asked for another pillow they said they didn’t have any. Stayed 3 day and they never cleaned. I had to go ask for more towels. They never emptied the trash or picked up the dirty towels. No suitcase rack so you had to put stuff on the floor. No mini fridge so couldn’t keep any cold drinks or anything.

The place from the time we walked in until we left was filthy. The stairs going up to the rooms looked like it hadnt been cleaned in years. There were weeds outside the window that couldve easily been trimmed. The bathtub was peeling its puter coating. For the price we paid we were given a tiny bar of soap and no shampoo. The vending machine only had Doritos and there was nowhere to get a soda or water.

Needs a deep, clean and overhaul

Overall, I couldn’t get out of this hotel fast enough. There is no air conditioning throughout the hallways, so it was hot and smelly. The carpets in the hallway and the stairs looked like nobody had vacuumed them in a month. Our room and bathroom just needed a deep clean. The bed was hard as a rock.

The beds were not comfortable. The bathtub was gross and cracked and I decided I would take a bath when I get home. My sister saw 3 or 4 cockroaches and requested another room, which they gave us, thankfully. Higher up, not in the basement like the first room.Even still, I went to the Walmart and got some sticky board bug traps and arranged them like a fairy ring around my bed, just incase. The t.v. had three channels to watch. The idea of bugs made it hard to sleep, so we played card games until we fell asleep. I did my best to zip and clamp up my stuff in my bag and dumped it all out on my yard when I got home to make sure no roaches crawled out any of my clothing

No food options, terrible service, room was dirty bugs everywhere, hotel in general just stinker and was dirty, our room was supposed to have a fridge we to the clerk and he said he’d get it and we never got it, bathroom was sketchy stained substance in tub that looked like blood, didn’t feel safe at anytime. Due to us not having a fridge it ruined my insulin pins and now I have to buy new ones

The staff was very helpful and friendly, bed was comfortable but there was no mattress cover just a sheet on top of mattress, laundry facilities were handy and worked great, the big down side is the strong dog urine smell in the hallway.
