Was made to wait at the front desk on arrival, so she could go check a room. Came back said sorry, the room you reserved is no available, the heat is working, will you accept another type of room. Sure. Got key, went to that room, there was used bandages in the trash, bathroom was not clean, window did not close or lock, and heat was also not working. Returned to front desk to express my concerns and request a different room. Got sent to the second floor. That room, had no working main light, had to use a flashlight on my phone, and only one light by bed would turn on. the door to the room had a broken deadbolt lock and would not work. Returned to front desk, wanting a refund, not given, left property. Reported the issue to Expedia, they tried for 2 days to get a refund and manager refuses. WORST experience ever. Gross place, terrible people, terrible service, and not backed up by Expedia. I will not use this booking service again, and I would not recommend this property to anyone!

The hotel was very dated and in rough shape. The bed linens were old and worn out. Outlet covers were missing and some fixtures were missing light bulbs and weren’t plugged in.

The pictures are very deceiving. This motel has been run down and needs serious upgrades. Our door screeched so loud when we would go in and out. It was embarrassing. The TV's are super small as well. We left early and stayed at the Holiday Inn. Totally worth switching thats for sure.

The entire building is sadly ROACH and bug infested. Roaches crawling on the walls in the dining area above the food. There was literally a can of Raid ant and roach spray setting in a chair in the dining area. Killed three roaches in my bathroom. Some other black bugs were on the walls in the sleeping area. Pulled the desk away from the wall to set suitcase and kept all clothes off the floor. Nats were inside the bread case. Three other guests in the dining room expressed the same in their rooms. Breakfast was horrible and practically non-existent even for a continental type. They charge the SCAM room fee of $35.00 additional at check in. A week later still not refunded. I almost always have to contest the charge to get the money back. I think its a scam as a lot of people may not catch the no refund or won't take the time to contest the charges. Sadly typical of the lowered standards of foreign run usually Indian I believe hotels these days.

The room was ok. The bathroom was absolutely horrible. The toilet was not clean, it did jot flush properly, the towels was rough, the bath tub was not clean, the shower curtain was torn, the door to the bathroom was too big and had wood pieces missing at the bottom and had rust stains on it, one of the beds gad a spring that was sticking up through the mattress, the TV did not work due to internet connection, the carpet in the hall ways was extremely dirty.

Staff was nice enough to my face but told them twice my tv wasn’t working and for the 3 nights h stayed was never addressed or followed up on. Main area is pretty outdated and floors disgusting. The food wasn’t bad decent grab and go style options and waffles but the juice was waaayyy watered down. Room itself not bad but the comforter had distinct cigarette burns in them. Have stayed there a couple times and this was the worse. I am usually pretty chill but it just isn’t worth saving $100 bucks anymore.
