I have stayed in this courtyard at Lebanon 2 other times and was not displeased, this time I was very displeased. Stain on the couch, stain on a blanket, freezer in refrigerator not working, door handle to bathroom does not lock. Fan does not work in bathroom, and cleaning lady vacuuming room next to us at 12:30am

Disappointed

I had a wedding to attend 10 minutes away. About 6 mi away. I had trouble checking in via online. The hotel's website lacked much information. It never indicated that there wasn't a breakfast included. It also didn't indicate that they didn't have blow dryers in the rooms. Really? No blow dryers in the room. It's 2025 that's extremely inconvenient I called the hotel to "check in" because the hotel's website wasn't functioning properly and I got an error message. Concierge told me that I couldn't check in by calling. Really? That would be impossible for me to check in and give my name and put a credit card on account? This imbecile told me ' I should keep trying to check in online" or check in once I got to the hotel" I know it would be a later night and the app wasn't working for me to do so and I wasn't going to risk losing my room before checking in on time. I also asked the concierge to verify if there was a shuttle bus from the venue back and forth to the hotel and my answer was. " I'm not sure." How is the concierge not privy to any of this information? And then when I arrived? "Check in" I had to wait nearly 10 minutes for somebody to come up to the front desk. They can't even offer you coffee in the morning .I will never ever recommend this hotel. It was such a disappointment
