The room was dirty, dust everywhere, sheets smelled terrible, the shower was broken and they were blasting music in the restaurant downstairs so we couldn’t sleep. The only reason I am leaving 2 stars instead of 1 is because of the people that work there. They are very pleasant.

The room, lobby, elevator, common areas were in need of renovation. Old furnishings. The bathroom was the worst part. The light bulbs flickered, the toilet was loose and moving around when you sit. I had to ask for wash clothes and there was no bar soap or bottled shampoo. The soap dispensers were horrible and the body wash was empty. The free breakfast consisted of slimy bagels and a coffee urn in the middle of the lobby. I would never book this place again or recommend it. I have family 5 minutes away and booked it because of its location. I should have listened to other reviews which weren't great and stayed somewhere else.

Room was nice. Had plenty of room and was clean. The coffee and breakfast area was a small area in the lobby, and nothing was out for breakfast before 8am so i had to leave. hen they say Breakfast is included, don't imagine anything like some of the other chains.
