Boasting fabulous mountain views and is only a mere 7-minute drive from the bustling town of Clifden, which has many restaurants, pubs, craft shops and a wonderful atmosphere. This bright and airy 2-bedroom cottage offers modern, comfortable living with a ‘home-from-home’ feel.

Large and airy hallway leading to :
Reception room: Wooden floors, stove fire, 2 windows overlooking the front of the property. 2 comfy couches, coffee table & TV
Open plan kitchen and dining area:
Kitchen: Fully fitted kitchen offering dishwasher, electric oven & hob, microwave. Large countertop with breakfast bar & 4 stools.
Dining area with table & chairs seating 4 guests. The dining area offers fantastic views of the surrounding mountains and hills with its panoramic window layout.
The door leads to a patio & large garden area.
Door leading:
Utility room housing ample storage space, separate washing machine & dryer. Great area for storing wet / fishing gear or kids' buggies.
