It had snowed a few inches before our arrival, shocking that it would snow I'm the "snow belt" of Cleveland?! The parking lot and sidewalks were not shoveled or plowed the entire weekend we were there!? We were there for a funeral so, my nice dress shoes are now ruined! :( I understand not cleaning a room and washing towels and sheets everyday, but someone should've come and emptied the trash, and re plenished the toilet paper and tissues. Finally the breakfast was sub par, we came downstairs for it around 8am, it end d at 9, but the eggs were already gone, oatmeal was almost gone and again nothing was replenished and the bananas were very green . Very disappointing. :(

The variety of items offered for breakfast pleased even the most discerning palate. The room was clean with eco-friendly dispensers of soap and other toiletries. The housekeeper was so kind when she knocked on the door and I hadn’t checked out. I appreciate her hospitality.

Dee was awesome at breakfast time. Worked really hard, super helpful and friendly. Great service! I recommend keeping breakfast open later - until 10:30 on weekends. Hotel room was clean, but recommend mopping the elevator more often.
