Don't stay here!!

We were in Cleveland for a concert so only staying 1 nite. After we got back from the concert at midnight it was shower time. Long story short only 1 person took a shower because the shower would not drain. We waited but it was getting late and we fell asleep. I got up at 3 to use the bathroom. A lot of crawly critters in there and the toilet wouldn't flush. 10 the next morning there was still 3-4 inches of water. There was also several older men just hanging around the area that gave my girls and I the creeps.

The room smelled like smoke, the carpet was disgusting in the room and there are all kinds of sketch people hanging around the building with no security. I did not feel safe at all traveling alone.

Fine for what it was I guess. Wouldn't stay again.

Check-in was at 3p. Our room wasn't even ready until 6p. Dirty and the bathroom wall was coming apart and the toilet wouldn't flush until you flushed it 3 times.

Your hotel is horrible

My wife and I frequent this hotel often over 5 years. This time we were giving a key to someone else's room thank goodness they were not there. My toilet was clogged,burnt outlets, torn towels the TV didn't work right... Plus the hotel serviced prostitutes and drug dealers all nite. We will not be returning.
