Very dirty hallway , wasn’t told pool was closed , one bed didn’t have a blanket , part of wall was unglued , room had other persons hair, coffee is gross , can’t get just a margarita at the food place attached , garbage all around outside. Front desk lady was very nice .

From the moment I stepped on property I knew it was a horrible place to have booked online. DO NOT USE/BOOK THIS HOTEL. Please book else where. EVERYTHING about this stay was horrible. From the trashed room before check in, key lock did not work, phones didn’t work, no elevator (booked on 4th floor with a baby!), broken steps/side rails, dirt bed linen/towels, NO BREAKFAST,$20$ pool passes “presidential suite” MY ASS!! DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL.

Mattress was broken, fridge in room had old moldy food in it, toilet seat was broken and wiggled all over the place, no toilet paper in room, elevator broke while we were leaving, most employees we dealt with or heard interactions with were very rude, most outlets did not work, hair dryer listed in amenities but none in room. Overall terrible experience.

The stay started with getting a dirty room, I have never in my life been assigned a dirty room that housekeeping didn't clean, once assign a new room, there was no help to help me move my things to the new room, I had my 1 year daughter with me...once in the new room there was mold in the bathroom, this place is discussing. DONT RECOMMEND

Unable to access floor that room was on safely. One door didn't work and the other door was accessed by steep stairs. Got room changed and had to walk up stairs to access floor from parking lot. The hotel is being neglected. Leaky drains, water damage and questionable guests- definitely NOT a safe experience. I can’t attach the video of sink drain leaking terribly and garbage from previous stay under bathroom sink. Disgusting!

When I entered the room, I found some water bottles already opened on the table, the TV was on, and the bedding was messed up. It seemed like someone was still in the room — it was horrifying. I immediately ran to the front desk and asked to change rooms. Fortunately, they gave me another room and everything was fine after that.
