Poor service

Was put into a room that was not selected when booking. Booked a king bed and got two full size beds. Staff said they were over booked and would not make any accommodation. Trash all down the hallways. People yellowing and cussing all night in the halls

Horrible hotel & service

There was a long line to check in should have been the first flag. After they checked us in, we got to the room and seen poop in our toliets. Beds were not made and trash was still in the trash buckets. Dirty shower! We called them to clean the room left for a few hours and they made the beds but still had trash in bins nothing wiped down. Just dirty! There was also a weird traffic through the lobby of people asking you for stuff. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Never Again

This hotel had a pervasive odor throughout - maybe it was the cleaning products they use, but it was strong and unpleasant. The room had a different, but even stronger odor which caused me to be congested when in the room. Further, there was a noisy HVAC unit was right outside my room window, which ran regardless of my AC settings, and kept me awake at night. Lastly, because my flight was delayed I arrived at 1:15 AM to find that they canceled my reservation, and it took the clerk 25 minutes on the phone with some other part of the organization to figure out how to give me a room.

I liked that it was tucked away from the interstate (more quiet), but one of the elevators didn't work/the bottom of my feet were dirty as the floors need mopped in my room (309)/thinner walls overall with a airhorn that went off in the middle of the night outside my window. Basic breakfast was nice to come down to in the morning.

The people were very friendly. The rooms were clean and roomy. The only thing that was bad was the swimming pool was not working.

Check in time was 3pm we arrived at 5 and our room was not ready. We had a concert to go to and didn't have time to spare. There was one small towel in the room. No hand towel, bath mat, extra towels etc. Sink was clogged. Bathroom smelt like someone had been smoking.

Unless it’s a last room available I don’t book it

Weren’t able to check in at 3 was told to go to the concert and room would be ready when he got back left at 4 room still not ready!! Got back from the concert at 1 and was told they weren’t able to give us the room we booked because all king rooms are gone! She said she called her boss she’s the only one who could switch the room to a queen!! Finally at 230am I said can u refund me for the reservation and give me the 2 queen room she said yes! Gave me Keys for room 322 and it was already occupied at 245am so had to go back down get a new room and we didn’t get to sleep til 3am!!

Poor hotel

First they didn’t have housekeeping so no one could get into the room. Then they said we didn’t have a room when we made it back from a concert. We had to sleep in our car. They said they couldn’t find my reservation then they said they gave it to another person named Sherri. They said I could get a room but would have to pay for it. I clearly reserved a room in January. I requested a refund from this terrible hotel. Getting refund doesn’t even cut it for what we had to go through. We drove four hours to get there and had to sleep in our CAR. I’m disgusted with the hotel and would like them to take responsibility for what they did to us. They also gave people room keys that were already being occupied. It’s a poorly ran company.

Waited at the front desk for 45 minutes before a staff member showed up for check in. Process went quickly once starter but the wait was enough to disrupt our schedule for the day. The line was out the door with 25+ customers trying to check in. Room was okay. We were givin no towels, wash clothes, or bedding for pull out bed. Went to the desk to ask for some and waited again for an extended period of time.

Crumble under pressure

I don’t know where to begin. Took over an hour to check in due to no rooms being clean and available. We were able to check in but our room was not available until after we got back to our room at almost 2am (came into town for a concert that I had to get ready for in my car bc nobody could get in their rooms ) Get back at 2am and there was potato bugs in our bed. Breakfast was a joke too….. a couple granola bars to choose from. No offer of a discount for anything. I asked the guy if there was any kind of discount and he said no bc I am eventually getting into my room…… I showed up at 3pm to check In, was able to check in at 4:30pm but could t get into my room. Dirty mirrors: bugs in bed, crappy breakfast. I would appreciate some sort of refund over this whole thing.

We arrived right at check in time, 3pm. No rooms were available and we were advised the housekeeper quit and they were running beyond on cleaning rooms. As that is understandable, we were in town for a concert and needed the room prior to. Approximately an hour later, my room was available but many others were not. The room was dirty, had no towels, and we were missing bedding. Once we returned to the hotel after the concert, there was one person working and we were only able to get towels and no bedding. Multiple people were still in the lobby trying to check into their rooms, however, they still did not have rooms “cleaned” or available. Terrible experience considering the high price of the room. I do not recommend staying at this hotel and I will not be returning.
