Just as a reminder, this is no ordinary hotel - it's an extended stay hotel, so most of the client are long stay. Our room with kitchenette is spacious, in excellent condition, if only it comes with basic supplies. Plenty of spaces, however, it feels that it hasn't been cleaned for awhile - I have to borrow broom and dustpan to brush the floor. The breakfast is very limited, and they almost gone by 7am. Unlike the normal hotel, we didn't get coffeemaker and coffee in our room, and neither shampoo. I have to pick the coffeemaker and coffee from the reception. When I asked for shampoo, the reception said that they don't provide shampoo - must have missed the memo.

We had ants in the bathroom. The floors were in need of a good scrubbing. And throughout the hotel and the elevator, the floors need attention. The windows definitely needed cleaning. Downstairs in the main lobby, it was pretty clean; but the hallways need cleaned. And the staff during the morning were very friendly. Check-in person when we arrived was not very friendly. I told him that my husband was hard of hearing and he still didn't speak up. (My husband was wearing his hearing aids at the time--even I had a hard time hearing him) This made us very uncomfortable. Made us feel very unwelcome also.

The staff was terrible, parking was fine, the hotel's condition was very rough, and the long-term clientele was pretty rough. I've never had to pay a security deposit before for potential damages, which should've been the first clue. The continental breakfast consisted of a single snack bar on day 1 and nothing at all on day 2. Won't stay in the brand of hotel again.

There was to be a grab and go breakfast but was not there. The halls were dirty so was the laundry room. I dropped something and reached under the couch and out came a bunch of dirt and hair. Desk staff was rude and not very helpful

The room was clean and setup was good for our family of six. They had a limited supply of linens (no extra pillows for our fold-out bed). Room temp was good. The hallways had spilled food on the sixth floor. There was no food available for the continental breakfast, just coffee and cocoa. Checkout was quick and easy as was check-in. It seems a little odd to have a $100 security deposit that wonā€™t be refunded for another week.

The location was great. The facilities were terrible. Pool closed. ā€˜Breakfastā€™ was just a granola bar one day. Another, it was packs of instant oatmeal - no bowls and no spoons. Room for two had one set of towels, few pillows, had to ask for coffee. Had to ask for cups. Had to ask for towels.

My light at the mirror did not work and that was the most important part of me getting dressed and doing my hair getting ready for the next day, I called front desk they told me that the maintenance guy tried to fix it and they said the manager was on vacation . I was disappointed with lack of care and accommodation for the situation

Add this on to the weirdly thin and worn (but clean!) bedding and you're left with the odd impression of staff that cares and corporate that doesn't

Staff was friendly but check-in was confusing. We had to redo the sign in three times. The initial room we were assigned was occupied when we entered it. Elevator smelled smoky. Room was clean. Only one hand towel provided.

The room was not available until over an hour past check-in time. The floors in the rooms were not clean - our socks/feet became black due to this. The hotel smelled of cigarettes despite being non-smoking. Additionally, we were planning to stay with other members of our family but the hotel cancelled their reservation after 3pm on check in day because they accidentally overbooked. We will not stay here again.
