When ww arrived, we checked in and proceeded to our room. We entered and I quickly noticed that we were in the wrong room (I booked the jr suite-2 queens & sofa bed). I went to the front desk where i was told they were over booked and because I booked through Expedia they changed my room. I expressed to the woman that I wasn't going to pay for a jr suite and be switched to a room with a single bed because of their mistake. She ended up giving me the jr suite. When hiving me the room key she said they would have to bring the bedding for the sofa bed. Upon entering the room, I noticed the beds were clean and made but the toilet was beyond disgusting and the sink had toothpaste all over it, the kitchen area was a whole other level of disgust. I decided we would go grab dinner and go shopping. Stopped by the desk to ask them to touch up the room and deliver bedding. We returned with clorox wipes and gloves. I could tell someone attempted to clean the room but it still was visually dirty. I cleaned the room myself. I called the desk about the bedding and was told they don't deliver to rooms. I went down for the bedding myself. Would not stay here again at all.

Front desk staff couldn’t find my reservation. I showed them my confirmation number and they still couldn’t find my reservation. They showed me on their monitor that the hotel was at 100% capacity. I was turned away without a room.

I stayed in room 420 it was cold and clean but as soon as i laid down i felt like i was getting bit by something didnt see any bed bugs but did find the room had roaches the next morning and night didnt have any food in the room found a dead roach in the fridge and around the bathroom personally i will not stay here again staff was friendly and nice breakfest was poor and NO MORE POOL THEY CLOSED IT FOR GOOD!!! Id look for another hotel

When we arrived at the hotel, there was 1 employee working in the entire building. There was a cheer competition in town that happens EVERY YEAR SAME DAY!! We got checked in after about 35 minutes. Get in the elevator and it smelled like weed, including the hallways. Get to our room, no shampoo or soap in shower, no towels or washcloths, the double bed had no sheets or pillows, no coffee pot, no nothing. The soap at the sink was opened and used, and it was almost 80 degrees in the room. Went down to get everything and the gentleman who was the only one working was very nice and apologetic, but had no way of getting pillows etc. I’m extremely disappointed in the stay, but felt so sorry for the gentleman working at the desk as he was slammed. Go back to the room and go into the bathroom and there was plaster or drywall mud falling off the walls, it was just an absolute disaster. The pillows were thin and uncomfortable, mattress was awful, just had a terrible experience

When we booked the hotel one of the reasons we booked it was that it had a pool and we were looking forward to the pool time after an event we were attending. When we got there we found out the pool had been closed permanently two months prior but we were never informed. The room, deluxe King studio suite was very small. In the event of a fire we would have been stuck as the sofa bed opened and you had no way to get between it and the fridge to get to the door. The door had to be pushed on with your shoulder real hard in order to open from the outside and pulled on with two hands from the inside and wouldn't completely close without pushing really hard. After walking barefoot on the laminate floors a few times that evening the next morning when I got in the shower my feet were black! The floors were never mopped or cleaned! Maintenance came in on our first day and caulked the shower only to have the caulk come off by the next morning because the showerhead dripped all night. The floor of the shower was very slippery when wet as well. We also had to go and plug in most of the lights because they had been unplugged and additionally we had to go to the desk for any towels or linens as there was only one towel in the room when we arrived. The ice bucket had a big crack on the bottom and leaked everywhere even with a baggy in it. And the ToGo breakfast? If you weren't there at 6:30 to get food they would never restock it. Definitely not a continental breakfast.

The location is situated far enough back from the main road so it is generally less hectic and still only a few blocks from Rockside--which does have a number of restaurants and other Hotels very close. Since this is setup to be extended stay, it has a large refrigerator and a small hotplate if you want to cook...although it wouldn't be ideal. There really is no maid service, you can swap towels at the front desk if you want. The hotel was clean, but not overall luxurious in the rooms. A few surprises, with only one person on the front desk for check-in, it took about twenty minutes to actually get into my room at 6 PM on the first night....that was very long. There was not a coffee maker in the room, and when I asked for one (on request), they were all out--so no coffee maker for three days...not the end of the world. Continental breakfast seemed more limited than other budget hotels--mainly a packaged muffin, granola bar, oatmeal packet and maybe yogurt....I'm not a big breakfast person, so it didn't matter, but just an observation. To Go cups and lids for Coffee were good--so you could grab some Ok coffee and get going in the morning! Since I had booked through the Expedia site, the Hotel required a separate $108 deposit via CC on arrival that will be credited back after 5-7 days....seemed a little odd...

The person checking us in was outwardly inconvenienced with our arrival, need for additional linens and questions. He was more interested in using his phone than helping guests. We watched the same behavior with the extremely loose interpretation of "continental breakfast" of a few muffins and a few granola bars. The "stocking" also seemed like an inconvenience. If this is how all of the extended stays are, we won't be staying again.

The room was okay. There was a lot of white stuff on the counter and in the sink. Looked like ceiling crumbles. The vending machines were expensive and the best one was out of order. We never saw any coffee or grab and go breakfast. We couldn’t get the air to shut off and we froze all night. Barely any towels. And when we came back at after the night out there were people partying in the back parking lot drinking and yelling. An okay place to stay but not great.
