The property was nice enough, one elevator was broken and the other one was pretty slow. The room was nicely appointed. The breakfast was skimpy but adequate for my group. Some healthier options would be nice. Also, I wish they had coffee available after breakfast was over. Other than that it was a good stay.

Everything was ok..but I didn't like that I had to ask for my to be cleaned.and there was no sheets for the pull out bed ..and the pool was closed so my kids couldn't swim

Avoid if possible

Arrived after 5pm and told there was no clean rooms available and that they would call me when a room was available. Now, check out is 11am and check-in is 3pm… at almost 6 we got into a room. The bathroom was dirty - hair all over the walls, the shower was draining super slow, two towels for 6 people, the pullout sofa bed had no linens at all and when I asked for some I was given one fitted sheet, one flat sheet, and one thin blanket - no pillows. The air conditioner barely worked, never got cold in the room at it was over 90 degrees outside.

You could tell the room had minimum cleaning before we got there. When we brought attention to the cockroach that ran across the floor the following morning, staff "noted" the incedent, and that was end of story. Said they couldnt refund any portion due to the incident bc we paid in advance?? Not fully understanding that, and 100% dont agree with that from a customer service POV, but we just wanted to get the hell of there. 10 outta 10 will never recommend to anyone, and wont be visiting here again.
