The "continental breakfast" was a farce - initially there was no yogurt, then a staff person found some small containers. Then we had to ask for spoons, which took a long time for him to find. The second day there was no 1/2&1/2 for coffee, just artificial creamer. No fruit ever. In our room there was no trash receptacle in the bathroom, and we could never find a switch to turn off one of the lamps (none on the lamp nor wall) so had to unscrew the bulbs.

I arrived a little after midnight, and they lady at desk said my reservation was canceled since it was for previous day. so she had me rebooked and I paid at the front desk. then the hotel attempted to charge my card the full amount and extra fees for no show. I reached out them and no reply. the hotel itself was ok, having to reach every single item was awful, no shampoo, cups, coffee maker, towels, just empty cupboards. the layout was odd, with the bathroom, right in front of the bed. and a lot of broken items worn down.
