Hampton beds are always comfortable but the breakfasts have gone down hill dramatically. The eggs are watery, the hard boiled eggs taste like they are old, the meat options are terrible.

This was my second time staying at this property and it never disappoints us. The rooms are clean, great customer service. My only complaint was that the breakfast options were not to our liking. There were no none pork meat selections and the waffle mix was pumpkin spice and there wasn’t plain waffle mix. Other than that I enjoyed my stay.

Friendly staff, clean hotel, clean rooms, comfortable. Near some good food options. 25 mins from Cleveland Clinic which is why I stay here. Have stayed multiple times and it never disappoints. Highly recommended value priced hotel.

We came in town for wedding, and hotel was very accommodating with an early check in and putting up with all of us later in the night. They provided a shuttle that was clean and nice to the wedding venue and bus driver was also very nice. Free breakfast in the AM was probably one of the best I’ve had included in a stay.

The lady at front desk was unreasonable about checking in 30 minutes even tho room was ready then took 30 minutes to check us in. Would not give us the wedding hoodie bags with wedding itinerary u til after we insisted it was for us. Then at 6:30 am woke up to the neighbor smoking tons of pot!
