Bear Escape! Our Large Family cabin which used to be named Pine Springs has had a facelift! Located Only 12 miles from downtown HELEN GA. Bear Escape is located on our Blue Creek Cove Reserve, close to our stocked trout pond, Herb/Berry Gardens, and the iconic Blue Creek! Bear Escape offers the very best for the entire Family Vacation or a Group Getaway. Spacious cabin 5 bedrooms, one on each floor, featuring three queen bedrooms in the basement and cathedral ceilings and HUGE walk-in showers, we spared no expense in LUXURY or ENTERTAINMENT. Gather in the large living room for entertainment on the SMART TV, in the fully stocked kitchen for a family-style meal or in the game room for a game of pool on our POOL TABLE. Located in our Blue Creek Cove it has easy access and can be booked with other cabins for small groups. Tucked away into nature, completely peaceful and with FREE high-speed fiber wireless internet! Enjoy a 20-minute drive to Helen where you can feast on fine dining at Mully’s Nacoochee Grill or Harvest Habersham, visit the wineries at Yonah Mountain Vineyards and Serenity Cellars, and do some unique SHOPPING at the antique malls and boutique Helen shops. All this on over 4 acres of private land. The road to this cabin is a nice gravel road.

The minimum age of primary renter is 29

The maximum number of vehicles in the driveway is 4.

No exception to the max number of people. Blue Creek cabins will monitor this cabin to avoid any groups over this amount.

No large party groups over 12. A max of any larger groups than this will forfeit your reservation.

Fire Wood Available for Delivery (Monday – Friday Only) $39.96 plus tax for three bundles. Ask the Office!

Seasonally decorated for Christmas, including a Christmas Tree, right after Thanksgiving and taken down right after the New Year’s holiday

Seasonal Fishing Package avilable at Blue Creek Cabin’s PRIVATE TROUT STOCKED POND



We provide complimentary essential products to get you started for your stay, such as 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 trash bags, 2 laundry pods, 1 bath soap per bathroom, and 1 pack of coffee. We had a great time with our family in Cleveland and it so so close to Helen. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were great! The only negative is the kitchen is somewhat small but other than that it was perfect!

Bear Escape was a great escape.

Property was everything we needed to be: secluded yet not to far from Helen and other attractions, very comfortable with a well equipped kitchen, great hot tub, and ample parking. Only drawback was Blue Creek trail, touted in the property description, needs to be cleared as it has a lot of down trees and limbs that make if hard to hike.
