Ugh. This was my second stay here. The first room they booked me which was on the first floor was disgusting. Weird nasty orange stuff in the tub. Then they put me on the second floor. This one was better but there was mold on the curtain and floor. Some of staff members were nice. One wasn’t. There was mold or old lemon in the water near the front desk. (Should have taken a picture of my cup) The Breakfast was good at least. This will be my last time here. If you do come, I stayed in room 227 last time which was bigger and a standing glass shower. Liked that room a lot but had Rollie pillies in there lol but it was nice.

Room was in good condition. No blackout curtains that they advertise. The sheer curtains allow light . The water pressure at the sink was low and the hot water varied in temperature. With my Expedia discount it was worth the price.

The room was decent but the TV was very small with very limited stations. It didn't work and I had to get staff to make it operational. The front desk attendant (Pamela) was very UNPROFESSIONAL. She was eating when I arrived about an hour early before check-in. I told her I knew I was early but wanted to simply check-in because I had an engagement I had to go to right away and I could get the room key later. She said to me in an aggressive tone while continuing to eat that it doesn't work like that. Your room has to be available before you can check-in. And in a matter of about 30 seconds she looked on the computer and said your room isn't available so I couldn't check-in. This is the first and only place that wouldn't allow me to check-in and pay for me room and get my room key later. Very disappointed in the entire stay.
