Its prime location makes it easy to discover the Loire Valley and the famous Loire Valley Castles Route. Between cultural visits, bike rides along the Loire River, exploring the Basilica of Cléry-Saint-André, and day trips to Chambord, Meung-sur-Loire, or Beaugency, this cottage is the perfect place to discover the region's treasures. The "Le Clery" cottage is attached to another dwelling and another cottage (Gîte "Le Saint André H45G000872") with which it shares a common front courtyard.

On the ground floor:

- Dining room with an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen (195L refrigerator with 79L freezer, sink, 4-zone ceramic hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, Philips Senseo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, food processor)
- Living room: sofa bed (available for use as a bed upon request, at €5/day per additional person), 2 armchairs, coffee table, TV.

- Small, enclosed, private courtyard at the rear of the house, accessible via French doors from the living room. Garden furniture, a parasol, and a barbecue are provided for sunny days.

On the first floor: two attic bedrooms
- Bedroom 1 with a 140x190cm bed (duvet, 2 pillows/person, 1 bolster), window blind.

- Bedroom #2 with two 90x190 cm beds (duvet, 2 pillows, 1 bolster), skylight blind.

- A separate bathroom: shower, double vanity unit.
- A separate toilet.

Parking: One private parking space in the front courtyard and a carport.
