Located in a pedestrian street of the central plateau, a few meters from the Cathedral of Clermont Ferrand on the 3rd floor of a small building, this studio of 40 m2 very bright will seduce you! Functional, having all the necessary comfort and close to all conveniences, its geographical situation will be the ideal asset of your stay in our capital "bougnat"!
LIVING ROOM:
Open space welcoming stay, living room as well as the night part.
The night we wished the most intimate possible despite non-partitioning will offer a real comfort of sleep thanks to a real double bed (140x200) with a high-end mattress memory shape and a quilt 4 seasons.
In the living room / lounge, a sofa bed (140x200) with storage box, a wardrobe, a large coffee table a TV stand with a flat screen, for the most music lovers, a Bluetooth speaker is at your disposal.
Of course you will have access throughout the studio broadband internet at your convenience, by wifi or cable ethernet (cable at your disposal).
KITCHEN:
A fully equipped kitchen, domino vitro ceramic, fridge top, microwave, mini oven, grilled bread, Senseo coffee maker, kettle (tea and coffee available). A small table with two chairs to taste our best local dishes ...
BATHROOM :
A bathroom with large Italian shower, vanity unit and mirror, towel radiator and Wc. A 5KG washing machine is available in this room as well as laundry. You will also find a hairdryer, shower gel and shampoo.
I put at disposal, an ironing board and of course an iron.
