Staff was very courteous. But, unfortunately we did not get the room we had reserved. We reserved and paid for a King size room, we instead received a Queen. In entering the room, clearly labeled smoke free, the room wreaked of cigarette smoke. Overall the stay was ok, but things could definitely be updated and improved for better cleanliness and quality.

Great room for the price. Was stranded there due to a storm and they extended our stay with the same rate. The lady that works the front, I think her name is Christy, was great. Everything was closed 2-3 days, but they always had breakfast and coffee ready in the morning.

I love the area. Lots of shops and restaurants in walking distance. The hotel was quite and easy to control room temp. The rooms were not as clean as I had hoped and amenities for shampoo, conditioner, lotion were random selections from other hotels. One had already been opened and used by a previous guest. The pillows were worn out and need to be replaced. Watch for broken glass in the parking area behind the hotel. Still a nice hotel to stay for a quick trip.
