Stay away

The room itself was very nice but the people who run it are awful. I was told one price and charged another ending up with paying 20 more than I was quoted in person at check in. They havee the wrong room not once but twice. Then I was told I was being to loud even though I was only walking around put things away. Mind u it was 4pm and the people in the room above me where slamming things to the point I was worried they may bust the floor. I will stay elsewhere from now on. I advice anyone especially someone with kids to stay away. This place favors certain quests and will harass others. This is not the first time I've had this happen at the same hotel. I gave them a second chance but not again.

The area outside had a bad smell. Water quality was poor. A chemical smell every time it was turned on. Roaches in bathroom. Towels looked stained probably needed to be replaced with new towels. Staff was very friendly though.

Nice for a motel, not so much for a hotel.

Average, front doors didnt open the first night had to wave down employee to open automatic doors. Next night front doors remained wide open. Sheets had multiple stains. Heater didnt blow warm air, only cool air.

So I stay here last night and found a used needle under the ice bucket in the bathroom. I immediately throw it in the toilet and flushed it. Then my sister had stayed in room 105 and this morning she checked out then came up stairs to our room so we could hang out together. But when I checked out this morning they were saying I wasn't suppose to let only 2 people in our room(including me). And the maid continued to argue with me saying she stayed in my room when she didn't.
