The location is great, right across from the Clearwater Info Center and the road leading into Wells Gray Park. The hotel was quiet, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable with newer bedding.

Not sure ...

I didn't notice anything when I arrived but when I went to shower in the morning, there was hair all over the shower. I wondered it if had been cleaned at all. Also, I over filled the coffee pot in the morning, when I went to wipe it up I found a huge cockroach where the pot was.
