I will say this property was in a convenient location and the screened in porch was nice. However, I would say there were some cons as well. For instance, there was half rolls of toilet paper in the bathrooms and that was it. We ran out of toilet paper and couldn’t find more in any of the bathrooms. Didn’t find it until later in the basement. Also, the instruction manual could have used a lot more information. The WiFi was wrong, there was no info on how to get the garage open, and just general lack of info. Another thing was that half of the doors in the house don’t close so you could hear everything in the house. Also, the floors were so creaky and loud. Cleanliness was also an issue in some areas. We found half eaten dog treats places, the shower had black stains, and there were so many ants on the porch and outside that got into all our stuff. All being said I would say this wasn’t a kid friendly place, but if you’re looking for a place close to town and don’t have kids I think it would be alright.
