The problems began the minute we checked in here and I should have known to stay elsewhere. Immediately I was being told my card had declined. The card was declining because they were trying to bill over the authorized amount of my stay that I booked online. I’ve now been billed 3 times on two different cards for my stay that the second night of we had no working HVAC system in the room. The third night and morning we had no cold water only scalding hot water from the shower, bathroom sink, and even the toilet, clearly a safety hazard. Management has now tried to refund the charges to the card that should be billed and refuses to refund the double charge from my bank account that was done by their incompetent night staff and supposedly corrected by the day manager. This isn’t a 5 star hotel it’s a money grab sham and I’d avoid it at all costs!
