Everything about our stay was fantastic, except that the card reader from the parking lot was a bit finicky at times. The front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable.

2 night stay
This was a trip to Clarksville for our anniversary. We stayed 2 nights. The first night was horrible but the following night was much better. On the first night, we could not turn off the lights. The switch was not working. I asked to change rooms but they were fully booked. Needless to say, we did not sleep well with the lights on. The maintenance technician quickly fixed the switch and we were able to sleep much better the second night. Also, our toilet would run for 5 minutes after each flush. He fixed that too. The manager also came to the room to make sure the issues were resolved and they were. Overall, good visit. The location was perfect for our needs.

Check-in was quick and the staff was friendly. The room was nice and we especially enjoyed the automatic opening and closing of the window shades - no more manual effort! The shower was a walk-in so that was nice. The room was nice and comfortable so we recommend Tru by Hilton.
