The room smelled badly of chemicals or urine.
It was noisy. A renovated accessibility room was offered. We are both able bodied cyclists. Asked to be relocated. Told nothing available. Receptionist Tyler was Argumentative and turned out to be dishonest. Went back to room and googled the hotel. The photo of the king size room was not like the room provided. Google indicated one room left in that category. I returned to Tyler with the phone and showed him. At first he denied availability and then changed his mind to indicate that it just became available 5 minutes ago. He said we couldn’t relocate because we had been in the room for one hour. (Which was down to him). I went back to accessible room. He came and offered me the room that was online. I asked to see it. Same room as we were in, nothing like depicted online. Dark and dingy. He offered a refund if we turned in the door cards. My husband and I had not unpacked anything. We were out of there in 5 minutes.
