First there was no one at reception for 5 to 10 minutes On checking then we got the wrong room two singles when we booked a double then had to wait at reception again for someone to come and serve us

A great place to stay

The room allocated to us was upstairs, but we were kindly moved to a ground floor room due to a recent knee replacement. The room was clean with a lovely view of the local wildlife in the mornings. The bed was really comfortable and there was a table & chairs for 2.

Great stay

Great sized rooms with updated bathrooms. Fantastic, convenient location for the main area of Clare and a short drive to many of the wineries. Although we didn’t use the golf course, it looks beautiful and will be back in better weather to try it. Breakfast was very basic buffet. Probably would opt no breakfast next time and venture out to a cafe instead
