VILLA CLEO is a charming, recently renovated Tuscan farmhouse in a splendid panoramic position, on the outskirts of the village of Ciggiano, in the middle of the typical Tuscan landscape. This landscape with its endless fields of wheat and sunflowers harmonizes with the ancient villages on the hills and the villas and farmhouses surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, which produce excellent wine and extra virgin olive oil.
Thanks to the careful renovation, VILLA CLEO has been transformed into a comfortable holiday villa, with a clever mix of old and new. Around the villa extends a large garden equipped with garden furniture, barbecue and a private swimming pool (4x8.5m, 1.50m deep) with a view over the valley.
The property consists of 3 residential units, 1 apartment on the ground floor of the main house, 1 apartment on the 1st floor of the main house and an annex.
Situated on a natural terrace, the swimming pool is just a few meters from both buildings and is surrounded by a tiled area which flows into a lawned area.

For peaceful lunches and dinners, guests on holiday have at their disposal a veranda equipped for outdoor dining in the annex and in the main house, as well as an outdoor barbecue.
POOL
The 8.5 x 4 m swimming pool is 1.50 m deep and is in a sunny and panoramic position with a view of the surrounding area below. The pool area is equipped with sun loungers and parasols.
