Green View Forcat - Direct Beach Access

Green View Forcat is an apartment located in a peaceful residential complex in Cala en Forcat, Ciutadella.

The front part of the apartment consists of an open-plan space combining the kitchen, dining area and living room. Thanks to its large windows, it enjoys views of the communal garden and swimming pool.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. It also features a dining table with chairs, perfect for enjoying meals during your stay.

Next to the kitchen is the living room, furnished with a sofa bed, a hammock chair and a Smart TV with access to streaming platforms.

The sleeping area is located at the rear of the apartment and consists of two double bedrooms. Both offer storage space for clothing, an exterior-facing window and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

The property has centralised air conditioning in both bedrooms and the living room. In addition, there is a portable fan and an electric heater to ensure comfort throughout the year.

Outside, guests can enjoy the lawned communal garden and swimming pool, with direct access to Cala en Forcat beach. The communal areas also include a small children's play area with swings and a slide.

The complex is known for its peaceful and quiet atmosphere, making it an ideal place to unwind during your holiday.

SERVICES

- The apartment has Wi-Fi and is provided with bed linen, bath towels and pool towels for all guests.

- During your stay, you will have access to the entire apartment, as well as the communal areas of the residential complex.

- The property is equipped with a washing machine, clothes airer, iron and ironing board. It also includes two sun loungers and a parasol for relaxing by the pool.

- A cot and high chair are available on request. We recommend requesting them in advance to guarantee availability.

- Although the property does not have private parking, free parking is available on the surrounding streets and spaces are usually easy to find.

OTHER IMPORTANT DETAILS

- In compliance with Royal Decree 933/2021, which came into force on 2 December 2024, all guests are required to complete the online registration process and pay the tourist tax before arrival. This requirement applies to all tourist accommodation in Menorca.

- The tourist tax is not included in the total price and costs €2.20 per person per night. The amount will be charged when completing the online registration process via a link provided to the guest.

- Before arrival, and once the registration process and tourist tax payment have been completed, we will send all the information required to access the apartment, along with useful details for your stay. Should you have any questions or require recommendations, our customer service team will be happy to assist you.

- A security deposit of 300 € will be charged one day before arrival, via credit card. Once the accommodation has been inspected and provided there are no issues, the amount will be refunded via the same method within 5 days of check-out.

- Access to the apartment is via a flight of stairs.

- The accommodation includes a complimentary welcome pack with basic kitchen cleaning products, toilet paper and rubbish bags for your arrival. Food items are not included, and no replenishment service is provided during the stay, as these items are intended only to cover initial needs.

- The furniture, décor or certain features of the property may have been renewed or updated over time. As a result, there may be minor differences between the published photographs and the property as presented on arrival.

HOW TO GET AROUND

During your stay, you can easily walk to Cala en Forcat beach, as well as to restaurants, supermarkets, the pharmacy and other amenities within the resort.

To explore the rest of the island, we recommend having your own vehicle (car or scooter), as it offers greater comfort and flexibility when visiting Menorca’s other beaches, villages and places of interest.

Free on-street parking is available in the area, and it is usually easy to find a space close to the apartment.
If you prefer to use public transport, there is a bus stop for route 61 approximately 160 metres from the property, connecting the resort with Ciutadella. Timetables and operating periods may vary depending on the season, so we recommend checking the latest information on the Mou-t Menorca website.
