Welcome to this nice apartment for 4 people in Cala en Blanes (Ciutadella). It has a shared pool, wonderful garden and is only 250 meters from Cales Piques.
The well-kept urbanization offers wonderful garden areas with communal loungers around the refreshing shared chlorine pool that measures 10 x 4 meters and has a depth that ranges between 0.85 and 1.45 meters. The little ones will enjoy the children's pool that measures 3 meters in diameter with a depth of 0.45 meters. The apartment is located on the ground floor and offers a nice furnished terrace to enjoy your meals alfresco.

Once inside we find a cozy dining room that leads to the kitchen through an arch. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob and offers the basic equipment for cooking during your vacation. There is also a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The 4 guests can rest in 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds and a fan each. The apartment's bathroom has a bathtub. Lastly, if you are travelling with your baby we can provide you with a cot and a high chair.

The Cala en Blanes area is a quiet and family friendly tourist destination where you will find the basic services for your stay and nearby public transport stops to visit Ciutadella and other wonderful places on the island. The closest beach is the Cales Piques cove. Cala en Forcat and Cala en Brut are other coves with turquoise waters that can be reached on foot.

There is community outdoor parking without an assigned space.
The swimming pool is open from 10 am to 8 pm and from June to September.
