I booked this hotel for my parents they had a visit at the American consulate, I choose the hotel because they advertise their services to the consulate but when my parents try to use the service they were waiting for them a while most of the time but other than that no problem.

I was not happy !!! Room was dirty smelled weird no outlets at all !!! Bed was very uncomfortable…thank goodness it was just one night ooo n let’s not forget breakfast was horrible !!!!

My wife and I stayed here the week of her visa appointment if I could give more than 5 stars i would the location was perfect most everything was in walking distance the staff was very nice and professional also helped us out and answered any and all questions we had. If we ever come to Juarez again we will most likely stay here at this hotel.
