EPIC CENTRUM : Hotel with free WiFi and breakfast.
There are 2 wings in this building. The main wing apartments are not as good as the building adjacent. Obviously, the price is lower. We stayed on both areas, I wish the second time I booked the higher price room. However, overall it was a good deal.

Continental Forum Sibiu: Pet-friendly hotel with free WiFi and a bar/lounge. Located near the airport.
Clean room but need update for the amenities (furniture and bathroom). Mattress was very hard. The AC/heat was not working properly. For the rest, very quiet room, nice view, super location, very friendly staff, easy parking and good breakfast.
