Relaxing at Villa Maria

Villa Maria is a suggestive and relaxing location to spend a peaceful holiday.
The Villa is immersed in an old tuff quarry, now transformed into a lush garden. The house is immersed in the countryside, is a 10-minute drive from Palermo Falcone e Borsellino Airport, 5 minutes walk from the square of Terrasini and 10 from its main beaches. The villa on two elevations has four comfortable and spacious bedrooms each with air conditioners and radiant plates, two double and two twin, two bathrooms with shower, a large living room with fireplace, a kitchen, a laundry area and terrace. The exterior offers a large garden with lawn, swimming pool, outdoor kitchen with barbecue and relaxation areas. There are less than 10 minutes by car, local sites on the cliffs of Cala Rossa where you can let yourself be enchanted by the magical island sunsets while listening to good music and sip a cocktail. The excellent location of the house allows guests to move easily on foot to reach local (about 700 m) and places of bathing attraction (about 1 km).

Fabulous Villa, Friendly Host

Villa Maria is amazing. Lovely house, beautiful gardens and fabulous (and large!) pool. So good we spent many days just lazing and swimming. Danilo and his brother Francesco were always available for questions, and a mixed family of 7 people aged from 19 to 60 had a terrific time. Useful pointers - several good restaurants within walking distance, notably Coral Reef, Bird Garden, Ouh La La and the nearby Al Vecchio Orologia pizzeria. The local bakery shop just around the corner - Panificio la Nuova Spiga - was a godsend, selling delicious breads and pastries, as well as pizzas and beer! And the Segesta bus into Palermo was only 5 Euros return. Much better than risking the crazy traffic in a hire car. As a base to explore Western Sicily, or just an oasis to lose yourself and escape the world, Villa Maria is a wonderful location. And only 12 minutes from the airport. We would return in a heartbeat. Thanks again Danilo.
