The room was updated and very clean. Location was very centralized and parking was free and ample. Only negative is the fridge was a bit loud it made a slight knockong noise. And the curtains were not black out curtains. Otherwise id stay there again.

The room was exceptional but the breakfast wasn’t what I expected. They didn’t have regular sausage is was veggie ones. The smoke pulled pork was pink like it wasn’t cooked. There was no bacon. What’s breakfast without bacon? The breakfast could have been better.

First, the staff was unfriendly. When I walked up to the counter I noticed I was not greeted. That happened all 3 times I went to the counter. Second, when I arrived there were no carts to move my luggage and equipment to my room. The desk clerk went to look for them but came back and said he could not find any. So we had to lug equipment and luggage in 3 trips. Third, there was a bug on the ceiling when we woke up the next morning. Went to the front desk and they gave me a broom to sweep the bug down. No insect spray or any assistance. About an hour and a half later, someone came and sprayed the room with insect spray. Other issues are the desk chair was broken and looked well worn past its prime. There was an odor of sulfur or sewage in the hallway. I have to make 2 more trips to Cincinnati in 2026. I will NEVER stay at the property again. I CANNOT recommend this property. I would rather spend more at another property so that I can have a better exit.

Room was very clean and the staff was helpful. One of the cleaner and more updated hotels that I have stayed at. Breakfast was the normal continental breakfast but maybe one step better because of the breakfast tacos

The hospitality was unmatched here. When we checked in, the lady at the front desk gave us a complete rundown on what was available amd when. She even discussed local attractions. The breakfast was as good as expected. The room was clean and very comfortable. When back in the area, we will stay here again.
