Unexpected charges on my card that are still popping up days after our stay. I now have 3 different holds on my card from the hotel with only one being the actual room charge. Also a $150 a night deposit for accidentals is insane when we have stayed at much nicer places for only $50 security holds a night.

Check in/out was easy & the staff was nice. However, my card was charged before I got there when my booking stated payment would be collected upon arrival…not sure if that was on Hampton or Expedia. Also, there is a $150 incidentals deposit that was mentioned nowhere when booking. Our stay was nice & only for one night. The only thing we didn’t like about the property is that there is no place in the lobby to just sit & relax. When we attempted to sit in the dining area after coming in from an event we were told it was closed and we couldn’t sit there. Other than that this hotel was fine.

Great stay with great staff! The breakfast is delicious. We had omelets one morning and scrambled eggs the next with sausage and waffles. SUPER nice staff on every shift! Location is perfect, right across from riverboat row.
