Unclean hotel

My floors were dirty and bathroom dirty. found bugs in room. Could not use any of the amenities. Could not use pool table because kids were playing until 1 a.m. and could not use pool because only 5 people were allowed or the you would have to pay a fine for more than 5 people

The staff were very helpful and always nice. The rooms were clean and right next to everything. The downside is that the hotel is behind a condo building so you can't really see the city or the river, there are no microwaves in the rooms and the coffee maker in our room had calcium build up from the water.

We couldn’t get the heat/air to work properly. It stayed warm in our room, even with lowering the heat setting and then turning the air on. No mini fridge, which is something we planned to have. Pool area was okay, definitely not heated though. Only a shower(at least in our room), no bath tub. There is only one switch for the bathroom sink area and shower/toilet. And it’s bright by the sink area. Plus’ Pets are welcome at no extra cost which is nice, but it’s right in town and no grass area for them to go potty(at least anywhere close). It’s within walking distance to several things.
