Unfortunately, lower quality than NH Collection's 4-star hotels I've experienced. Feedback for improvement goes for (1) garage and parking assistance, (2) shower, (3) breakfast and (4) staff attentiveness at reception.
The staff should improve support for guests arriving by car, regarding directions, access control, parking assistance and luggage unloading. I talked to someone through the interfone when arriving, but there was no one in the garage to assist as it is very tight and was almost full. My partner was at the reception and was told someone would come down to help with luggage, but no one appeared (garage has only 2 levels).
As a minor issue, at checkout, I paid the parking ticket but it was denied at the exit. Someone from the parking assistance released me after I showed the receipt for the payment, but it seemed a recurrent issue.
Shower must be changed for better water volume and positioning.
Breakfast is definitely not a 4-star. I felt sorry for the scrambled eggs, they looked so tired and joined forces forming blocks trying to survive amid raising tides from some kind of cooking water.
