Sargassum Seaweed Update:

The Caribbean Sea has been experiencing a higher volume of sargassum seaweed in recent years from Florida, to central America, and onto all island in the Caribbean. While the staff removes it daily, the seaweed can pile on the beach. We like to inform our guests because the seaweed could potentially prevent enjoyable use of the water at our beach . If there is seaweed on our beach, there are many other beaches available that will not have any. It depend on the winds and the tide. It comes and goes

This condition is unpredictable on a week-to-week basis and something that is out of our control. As a result, we cannot issue refunds as a result of sargassum.

The property was perfect for us. It had everything in the kitchen we needed to cook. We did breakfast there most mornings. It is right on the beach. We did a good amount of snorkeling right behind the Vrbo. We walked to dinner a couple nights. Would definitely stay again!

The condo was lovely, clean and well-equipped, and the location right on the beach was SO convenient. The ceter of Christiansted is very near-by, but you would probably need a car. Dean was a very responsive host, and we would definitely book with him again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay 11/10-11/17/2025Dean and Sandy’s place is perfect. Everything you could need all in one place . Had all the necessities that you could need for your stay. The beach access was just outside the back patio. Not a lot of people on the beach , basically had the sea to ourselves (which is what we prefer) The pool was clean and quiet when you wanted to just relax aside from the sea (but why would you not want to listen to waves) The grocery store just around the corner and friendlyMet a few locals that provided some food recommendations. We will definitely be back again next
